Yes, all new features and updates will be automatically updated while released. There is no additional cost involved.

Every month billing will be done on first week of succeeding month based on the actual number employee’s usage of app.

Every employee joining and relieving will be calculated on pro-rata basis. For instance, if an employee joins on 10th of the month, he will be calculated only for remaining 20 days.

Yes. High level encryption and tokenization of sensitive data are standard practices at Logface. Logface's system is hosted at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Logface offers 2048-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and AES-128 XTS encryption at rest for customers’ face templates and AES-256 for all backups and image storage.

Yes, it is. We do not use any personally identifiable information, and any face template data we create cannot be reverse engineered.

Yes, you will be able to see the master images and transactional images of employee on the web application provided to you.

After, the contact is over, the data will be available on cloud for next three months from the end date of contract. However, you can download all the data and keep it for further references.
